Expressions of Interest
Ryde Hunters Hill Community Housing Co-op Ltd is a registered, Grade A, community housing provider with charitable status. We are seeking EOI’s from property developers, financiers and other parties who are currently constructing or planning to establish residential dwellings in Ryde and other LGA’s. We are interested in forming a partnership to boost the supply of social and affordable housing and are eligible to receive a range of project incentives and subsidies from new Federal and State funded housing initiatives such as the National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS).
