Ryde Hunters Hill Community Housing Co-op Ltd merged with Link Housing Ltd on 1st July 2011. For more information on the merger, refer to recent editions of RHHCH’s Newsletter below.
Expressions of Interest
Ryde Hunters Hill Community Housing Co-op Ltd is a registered, Grade A, community housing provider with charitable status. We are seeking EOI’s from property developers, financiers and other parties who are currently constructing or planning to establish residential dwellings in Ryde and other LGA’s. Our co-operative is interested in forming partnerships to boost the supply of social and affordable housing and we are eligible to receive a range of project incentives and subsidies from new Federal and State funded housing initiatives such as the National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS).
